Precision flat forming machine is mostly used PS, there are a few PET.

B: Information required for custom processing of IC packaging tubes, Plastic carrier tape sheets, plastic reels, carrier tapes and cover tapes before quotation:
2D/3D drawings and technical requirements including material requirements (standard/anti-static/conductive/specified grades&brand of plastic materials), color, width, thickness, length, pocket size and quantity as well as delivery location for freight calculation.

A:Tolerances for Raw Material Sheet Extrusion are within +/- 0.02mm.
B: The tolerance of the Flat Forming Machine is around +/-0.10mm and can be controlled up to +/-0.06mm
C:The tolerance of the Roller Forming Machine is around +/-0.05mm and can be controlled up to +/-0.02mm.
D: The tolerance of IC Packing Tube is generally determined by the size of the tube. According to our current production process, we can achieve the tolerance range between +/-0.075~+/-0.25mm, and we can also cooperate with the tolerance requirements of customers (the highest can be controlled at +/-0.04mm)
E: The tolerance range of Injection Molded Protective Packaging Shell Products is around +/-0.05~0.30mm, which can fully match the tolerance requirements of customers and can be controlled up to +/-0.02mm.
