Plastic reels are used to protect devices from damage during transport and storage.

The devices are typically loaded onto a carrier tape and then wound onto a plastic reel. Reels are available in 7, 13, 15, and 22- inch diameter options. Adhesive tray products are made of high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) material, which provides superb mechanical and antistatic protection to the packaged devices, good barrier, heat seal, anti-oxidation, water, and moisture resistance; strong mechanical properties, high blast resistance, puncture and tear resistance; high temperature, low temperature, oil resistance, good fragrance retention; non-toxic and tasteless; softness.

Features of plastic reels:

the whole set of discs consists of two 13-inch rotating discs and a central shaft. Strong mechanical properties, high blast resistance, puncture resistance and tear resistance; good barrier, heat sealing, anti-oxidation, waterproof, moisture-proof; high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance; non-toxic and tasteless; softness, high transparency. After vacuum packaging can extend the shelf life, recycling, dustproof, anti-bacteria, moisture-proof, etc.
